MATSWAPATI? Tiga! Tiga! Tiga! Matswapati is a festival of SMAN 3 Bandung, it held on 27 September 2014, on Lapangan Bali at Jalan Bali 8, Bandung. It called Festival Seni dan Budaya Jawa Barat. It held on September because September was my birthday......... uh no no no because September was Bandung birthday! and now Bandung is 204 years old. Related with that, the festival was showing everything about the culture of Jawa Barat. This festival was opened for every people, and the ticket just sold with Rp.25.000, it was so cheap rightttt? So this festival are very crowded and success!
I was a committee of this festival, i worked as HUMIZ "Humas and Perizinan" so i controlled about people who wants to know about this event, and controlled about the licensing to this region, but i also worked as Danus too, so i search many costs for pay to many performers. My danus groups was collected Rp.18.000.000,-. Altough it was very hard to find many costs, but we succeed to collect that costs that over from the target. i was so proud.
The publication of MATSWAPATI are held three times in CFD Dago. it was very crowded! and we succeed to invite many people to came to this event.
The day of MATSWAPATI, the event held from 7 AM to 8 PM. There's so many culture of Jawa Barat, like Wayang, Angklung, Reak, Calung, Degung, Komunitas hong, Indonesis Bamboo Community, Pencak Silat, Debus Api, and many more. The performance of this kind of culture are very very amazing, although the situation was very hot, but the audiences remains. There are foodfest there, the foodfest was so crowded, there's many kind of Jawa Barat's food and drink that sold there, and the method of payment was using a coupons, to get the coupons, people should buy that with money. And there's many stand that held from the students class 10-11 of SMAN 3 Bandung, there's many kind of stand there, i forgot what's that but the kind of that stand are very amazing! We got many profit from that stand, but actually the stand was not about the food, its about our creativity.
MATSWAPATI have a great guest stars! you know who? There's Glenn Fredly and Barsena. They're such an amazing singer. The festival is crowded because of them. They always made a very happy situation. They have they own way to always made the audience wants to see them always, from the beginning until the end. And, they succeed!
At least, MATSWAPATI succeed!! The committee are very solid and work together, thats all made this event succeed. I very very proud to be a part of this event.
